In 2020 shot pistols and revolver cover the range from the almost harmlessto the utterly lethal. The smallest of them are short-ranged self-defenseweapons, unlikely to harm innocent bystander through a thin wall or a loosebullet. And their short barrels means a quick shot dispersion, increasingthe probability to score a hit even with little or no skill. Their mostserious drawback is their lack of effectiveness against armor, unless youload them with specialty rounds (that are often of dubious legality).
The larger are rated along with sawef-off shotguns, meaning that youneed some paperwork in order to simply buy them. And forget carrying.

| The buying of the Larr company by Colt lead to the releaseof this really compact weapon, with a decent power for self-defense. If you want to pack a bit more punch and range, a conversion kit allow you to convert it to 10 mm by changing the barrell and cylinder (-1 10 mm 2d6+3 25m). |
