It creates and stores enough energy to run a city block for 3 days off its CHOOH2 tanks, half that if the solar panels are used, although they can only be used in direct sunlight. The solar panel is stored on the right side of the truck and unrools and unfolds like a large tarp to roughly twice the length and three times the width of the vehicle itself. In order to maximize mobility, the Edison usually feeds directly from a CHOOH2 tanker instead of depleting its own tanks. Special Equipment : |

An oxygen helmet, is clamped and sealed over the prisoners face, and then the tank fills with the gel, once the tank is full the gel is given a mild electrostatic charge with reacts chemically and solidifies the gel, hardening it and making even the movement inside the tank impossible. To release the prisoners, the gel merely has to be exposed to open air. The tank can hold 4 regular sized prisoners. The tank has a seperate SP of 50, and to open the hatch without authorization requires an electronic security check of rating 30. Russia has sold a lot of these to China.
