LIGHT MACHINEGUNS

Ah, machineguns, the source of many wet dreams and desires by all those fans of old movies with macho actors. Light machineguns are weapons exclusively used by the military (the federal law of 1999 interdict their possession from civilians). They can be carried by infantrymen (sometimes with difficulty). A second man though is often necessary to transport the tapes of ammunition. Their purpose is to cause suppressive fire, forcing the enemy to keep cover. It compensates for its obvious lack of accuracy by firing long bursts, causing a large spray of projectiles to be sent in the direction of the adversary.
Machineguns are used in laid down / sniper positions, with a bipod. If the gunner squats or is standing up, the range doesn't amount to much anymore. So if you want to play Rambo do it only at very short ranges.

Short ranged weapon with a pretty good rate of fire. An electric engine allows the four barrels to rotate before starting to fire. A round of "heating" is necessary before the barrel can rotate fast enough to reach the entire rate of fire for the weapon. If the gunner shoots immediately, apply half the rate of fire during the first round (20). There is no need to mention that one must be well muscled to hold the M70 minigun efficiently while it is being fired.
