Review

This scenario doesn't talk about supernatural creatures either, and that's good. Here, the investigation will revolve around the mental manipulations perpetrated by the CIA. On the program, washed brains, modified personalities, and an utterly creepy plot in which the characters will have to stick their noses in. Alternate Reality supplements such as Dark Metropolis, and Grimm's Cybertales are recommended to complete this great scenario.
